Thoma Storey (1825-189) English industrialist and philanthropist from Lancashire. Storey was a mine owner, a mill owner and leather manufacturer who ade his fortune in the manufacture of oil-cloth and linoleum. Mayor of Lancaster (1887). Engraving c1900.
