Gallagher was charged with the kidnap of the Dutch Industrialist, Dr Tiede Herrema. The kidnap ended with the release of Dr Herrema after a siege at Monasterevin, Co Kildare...A passer by awaits the arrival of Eddie Gallagher at the Special Criminal court.
