Mr. Osmund G. Dowling, left, director of the Dublin Diocesan Press Office, leaves from Dublin Airport en route to Germany for a 12-day information tour. The tour was sponsored by the Press Office of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany. Dowling joined a party of 12 world representatives of the Geneva Ecumenical Church and the Roman Catholic Church from Belgium, Finland, France, Greenland, Great Britain, Italy, The Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Portugal, Sweden and Ireland.
