Dublin City Marathon. (R90)..1988..31.10.1988..10.31.1988..31st October 1988..The 9th running of the annual Dublin City Marathon took place in Dublin today. This years event was sponsored by Mars. The mens race was won by John Griffin, Ireland and the ladies race was won by Moira O'Neill, Great Britain. Many hundreds of fun runners take part in this race and they generate millions for the many charities which seek help at this time...Jogging to the start line of the Dublin City Marathon, representating Standard Chartered Bank were Tom Wrafter, Sue Blakeway and Seamus Belton.
