(R50)..1987..05.02.1987..02.05.1987..5th February 1987..Hotel workers from Parknasilla and Killarney were amongst the I.T.G.W.U.Great Southern Hotels Group who protested at the Dept of Finance in Merrion Street, Dublin. The workers were protesting against the proposal to privatise the hotel chain and the effect that this would have on the employment of the 800 workers involved.
