At the first meeting of the new Council of the Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland, held in the Shelbourne Hotel ,Dublin today, Mr Noel Cautley (O'Keefes Advertising Ltd) was elected new president and Mr B O'Kennedy (O'Kennedy Brindley Ltd) was elected vice president.

Picture shows Mr Noel Cautley receiving his chain of office from outgoing president Mr Dermot Cafferky (Arrow Ltd).
