The Ponte Sant'Angelo, (Formerly called the Aelian Bridge) a bridge spanning the Tiber in Rome, Italy. It was completed in 134 AD by Roman Emperor Hadrian, and it links the city centre to his former mausoleum, which is now the Castel Sant'Angelo. the bridge is adorned with colossal statues of angels holding the instruments of passion.
