Dubtex - Prescott Reception. at the Gresham Hotel, Dublin. Image shows a demonstration of the water resistant or quick drying properties of trousers from Dubtex by having Jimmy O'Dea and a fireman spray it with a fireman's hose. Amazement all round as the slacks appear to be dry. Dubtex (Clothing) Ltd (Dublin Bespoke Clothing Ltd.) was based originally at 22 Wellington Quay and had a factory called Dubtex House in Dolphins Barn, Dublin.
