Thomas Murphy hunger striker. The 52 year-old Dundalk man started his protest because he felt he was being denied the right to carry on business through the refusal of the manufacturers to supply him with certain television sets. Father of seven children, he claimed hat the manufacturers were under pressure from a neighbouring firm. Picture shows Mr. Murphy at his shop on Tara Street on his third day of protest.
