Ms Cronin from Ennis,Co Clare is the daughter of Aer Lingus Captain, Mr Phelim Cronin..Image shows Ms Cronin taking control of a Boeing 737 from the co-pilot chair...Note. Ms Cronin, in her career reached the rank of Captain in 1988. Her last flight saw her Captain an all female crew aboard an Airbus A330 on the Dublin / Boston route. She retired after 33 years of service.
