The funeral of Garda Michael Reynolds leaves St Paul's Church, Mount Argus, after requiem Mass. Superintendent Tom Goulding escorts his widow, Mrs Vera Reynolds and sister, Kathleen Reynolds. Garda Reynolds was shot dead as he pursued a gang of bank robbers. Noel and Marie Murray were convicted of his capital murder and sentenced to death, subsequently commuted to life imprisonment.
